About Blossoming Nutrition

Blossoming Nutrition was created to make mealtimes lighter, calmer, and more joyful for families. We believe nutrition guidance should feel doable in everyday life, not overwhelming or full of judgment. Our approach combines science and empathy, so parents feel supported and kids learn to enjoy food in ways that build confidence, connection, and health.

Families deserve care that is approachable and accessible. That’s why Blossoming Nutrition partners with Nourish, a secure platform that makes it simple to book appointments, use your health insurance, and manage billing — all in one place. With most Massachusetts insurance providers accepted, care is designed to ease stress, not add to it.

At Blossoming Nutrition, food isn’t just fuel — it’s the laughter around the table, the first bite of something new, the comfort of familiar favorites, and the small moments that add up to growth.

Kelly Millan, MS, RD, LDN Registered Pediatric Dietitian

I’m Kelly — a pediatric dietitian, lactation counselor, and mom who believes mealtime should be one of the most joyful parts of family life. With several years of experience in Boston hospitals, private practice, and research, I’ve supported families through every stage of childhood nutrition.

My goal is simple: to help parents feel understood, supported, and confident. When your baby struggles with feeding, your toddler resists every new food, or your teen faces growth or health challenges, it can feel overwhelming. I translate complex nutrition into simple, relatable guidance that works in real life.

Food is fuel, yes — and it’s also comfort, curiosity, and connection. I help families embrace both the science and the joy of eating, creating space for growth, laughter, and memories at the table.

our manifesto

  • Mealtimes should be joyful. Food isn’t just fuel — it’s family, connection, and growth.

  • Every family deserves access to care. We accept insurance, offer virtual visits, and create resources that are affordable and approachable.

  • Nutrition should be clear and doable. Guidance here is rooted in science and delivered with empathy.

  • Food is about curiosity. From sticky fingers and belly laughs, to tiny bites of broccoli, Sunday pancakes, playful messes, grocery trips with curious questions, first tastes, giggles in the kitchen, after-school snacks, singing while cooking, and spaghetti slurps — we love it all.

  • Confidence grows with support. When parents feel empowered, kids blossom.
